Imran Khan has two days left to leave India as Bombay High Court defers hearing on plea

The actor, a US citizen and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder, has been directed to leave India by October 28 over his alleged involvement in a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in Mumbai. Khan has challenged the notice, arguing that it was issued without giving him an opportunity to be heard.
